Perfume Oils adhere better to moisturised skin so, it is best to apply them over well moisturised & hydrated skin.

Apply generous amounts of pure perfume oil on all pulse points of your body - wrists, neck, behind your ears, and décolletage. You may also apply to shoulders, inside of the elbows, and back of the knees for extra projection.

Avoid rubbing vigorously after application - instead, gently dab the perfume oil or leave them as it is from the roll-on on the skin for better results.

Avoid applying on clothes for risk of oil stains. However, if you want to achieve maximum longevity on clothes then pat the perfume oil very lightly on clothes (preferably dark coloured) with your hands and only as much as the cloth can absorb without staining.

How do I exchange an item?

For online purchases, you can only request a change in store, for India, UAE & Kuwait only.

You can exchange an item that you’ve purchased from Kamya’s within 15 days starting from the day you received your order. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging & undamaged as well as unused.

I’ve received wrong or damaged items

If you have received damaged items or the wrong items in your order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.

What is our refund policy?

When you cancel or return items in your order, the refund is generally processed using the method you used to make payment. Cash payments for online orders are refunded as gift card that you can use online . Please note that we cannot refund items if they are returned after 15 days of purchase.

How do I return an item?

We hope that you'll love everything that you purchase from us, but if not, you can return your items within 15 days of making the purchase. 

For online purchases, you can request a collection of your items online and our delivery team will collect the items from you. Please ensure that you complete and attach the returns form you receive with your order to avoid delays in processing your return. Your returns will be processed within 7 days and the refund will be issued accordingly. If you do not have a Kamya’s account, you will need to register to be able to request a return online. 

Please note that for credit card refunds, it may take up to 30  days for the refund process to be completed depending on our bank policy.

Shipping of your order will be done by standard delivery that may take upto 2-5 business days.
